Art & Disc Store collects and processes data about you for the purposes described below. In this

for as long as necessary for the purposes intended or for the period prescribed by
law (obligation to retain accounting documents...).
To fulfil your order
To fulfil your order, we need your name, email address, address,
delivery address, payment data and sometimes also your phone number
and/or your date of birth. This will allow us to deliver your order and keep you
informed about the progress of the delivery. The law requires us to retain data related to
your order for seven years.
Legal grounds for processing
Art & Disc Store processes personal data on the basis of the following legal grounds:
