Medicine at Midnight is the tenth studio album of the American rock band Foo Fighters, released on 5 February 2021 under the labels Roswell and RCA Records. Produced by Greg Kurstin alongside the band, this album marks a notable musical shift by incorporating pop and dance-rock sounds into their usual alternative rock base. It is also the last studio album of the band recorded with drummer Taylor Hawkins before his death in 2022.
