Alive or Just Breathing is the second studio album by the American metalcore band Killswitch Engage, released on May 21, 2002, by Roadrunner Records.
Produced by guitarist Adam Dutkiewicz, it is widely regarded as a landmark album in metalcore, featuring vocalist Jesse Leach and classic tracks such as "My Last Serenade".
