The Sick, the Dying... and the Dead! is the sixteenth studio album by the American thrash metal band Megadeth. The album is released by Tradecraft Records via Universal Music Group. It follows the studio album Dystopia and precedes the band's final studio album, Megadeth.
It is also the only studio album featuring guitarist Kiko Loureiro, as he will be replaced by Teemu Mäntysaari in 2023.
